111 West Jackson recently completed downtown Chicago’s most spectacular redevelopment. The 25-story office tower containing 550,000 s/f is in the heart of the central loop near the court houses and adjacent to the Chicago Board of Trade. The building has been refashioned as a hub for progressive corporate and information based companies.

All the marketing strategies where designed by Daniel Ostfeld in collaboration with Perkins+Wills Architects for its construction. The property received a dramatic re-branding as well as a unique balance of exclusive amenities designed to allow its tenants to attract and retain a modern information based workforce.
