400 W Market Louisville, KY

Work in Progress Building Rebranding

400 W Market st. Louisville, KY is a skyscraper in Downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The 35-story, 549-foot high structure was designed by architect John Burgee with Philip Johnson and was completed in 1993 at the cost of US$100 million. The building, originally named Capital Holding Center, was later renamed Providian Center and AEGON Center as the business was renamed and sold. AEGON left the building in 2010, and the building was renamed 400 West Market in 2014. Currently the tallest building in the state of Kentucky, the skyscraper has 633,650 square feet of leasable space for office and 18,787 square feet for retail.

The contract for this project is the rebranding of the building due to AEGON, the biggest tenant, left the building. The managing group wants to rebrand the buildings name and image to be able to attract new tenants into the property.

Our  design strategy for this building involves different  projects in the property’s rebranding. We will be building a new lobby, fitness center, conference center, tenants lounge and a spec suite, tying all together with a new building logo, marketing tools and strategies to achieve a whole building rebranding image for the client. Managing and supervising all the phases of the projects in conjunction with local contractors, architects and vendors.
