Aon Center, located at 200 E Randolph St, Chicago, IL. The tallest and largest office tower in the heart of the East Loop section of downtown Chicago, the city’s fastest growing and most dynamic neighborhood. The Property is a 2.75 million square foot iconic, trophy office tower standing on a 3.7 acre campus, bordering Millennium Park, the new center of Chicago’s CBD. The Property, at 83 stories, is the third tallest building in Chicago; with breathtaking, panoramic views of the entire city, and most strikingly, of the neighboring Lake Michigan, Millennium Park, and Chicago River.

The marketing strategy for this project is construction of an observatory  located at the 83^rd floor and design by Gensler Architects. Managing and supervising all the phases of the projects in conjunction with local contractors, architects and vendors.
