Work In Progress Building Rebranding

Regions Harbert Plaza is located at 1901 6th Avenue North Birmingham, AL. The property is a 32 stories tower with over 613,000 square feet, the Regions Harbert Plaza is, without question, the premier address in Birmingham, Alabama and serves as the defining monument and landmark on the city’s skyline. The skyscraper offers a unique blend of world class architecture, absolute trophy quality construction, the finest amenities, incredible views, and an epicenter location. Regions Harbert Plaza also features an unrivaled amenity base consisting of more than 43,000 square feet of Retail space, which offers tenants a long list of shopping, service, and dining options, all within the building.

The marketing strategies for this project rebranding are in need due to tenants downsizing and returning space, almost 6 full floors by 2017. As well as the lobby, retail and food court are out of date. The managing group wants to rebrand the buildings name and image to be able to attract new tenants into the property.

The marketing design will involve different projects in the property.  The strategy will be achieved by creating a new lobby, food court and retail space as well as a spec suite, tying all together with a new building logo, marketing tools and strategies to achieve a whole building rebranding image for the client. Managing and supervising all the phases of the projects in conjunction with local contractors, architects and vendors.

Contract for LEED Consulting services for Regions Harbert Plaza. The building’s management wants to use our consulting services to analyze and asses the feasibility of certifying the building as LEED Operations & Maintenance.
