Prudential Plaza consists of two Class A high-rise office towers, totaling approximately 2.2 million square feet, which are located in the East Loop of Chicago, Illinois. Located in the East Loop submarket, which is home to a prestigious tenant roster as well as many of Chicago’s premier cultural institutions including the Art Institute of Chicago, the Goodman Theatre and Orchestra Hall. The building spaces provide breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and the city skyline as well as provide easy access to Grant Park and North Michigan Avenue’s “Magnificent Mile” shopping district and are situated directly across the street from Chicago’s newly developed world-class Millennium Park.

Prudential has been going thru a whole building rebranding project since the new owners acquire the property. The marketing strategies where designed by Daniel Ostfeld with the collaboration of SCB Architects for its construction. The spec suite is a whole floor 20,000 sft. Aiming for the marketing of the building and attract new tenants showcasing new possibilities within the space.
