Work In Progress Building Rebranding

Built as the tallest and unique granite domed skyscraper in the world. This was also the tallest building built in the United States in 1995, surpassing Winston Tower as Winston-Salem’s tallest, and is also the tallest building in the Carolinas outside Charlotte. The rosebud dome is designed using the Moravian arch and has 856 granite panels. The dome encloses mechanical equipment and rises 56 feet. The lobby has marble mosaics for the Moravian Christmas Star. The building is sheathed with Olympia white granite from a single quarry in Sardinia, Italy.

The contract for this project is the rebranding of the building The managing group wants to rebrand the buildings image bringing the property to the 21st century in spaces and technological wise, to be able to attract new tenants into the property.

We will be building a new lobby, retail space as well as a spec suite, tying all together with marketing tools and strategies to achieve a whole building rebranding for the client. Managing and supervising all the phases of the projects in conjunction with local contractors, architects and vendors.
